The Santa Cruz County BRIDGE Coalition formed in 2013 to bring the community together to prevent substance use. Our coalition provides a framework for organizations, families, and individuals to work toward a shared goal: a safe, healthy, drug-free community. BRIDGE is made up of multiple community sectors, each bringing a unique role and perspective while collaborating on prevention strategies that reduce local substance use and strengthen community well-being.
Our mission is to bring community partners together to prevent substance use, promote well-being, and build a safe, healthy, drug-free Santa Cruz County.
A communities where youth and families feel supported, connected, and empowered to live healthy, substance-free lives.
